Our client is a global biotech company that is concerned with vaccine production.

Role Description

As a DSP scientist you will be part of and supervise multiple projects. You are tasked with product development, purification and characterization. You are the person that transfers general goals into day to day work plans. This position reports to the associate director.

Responsibilities

You have a small group of direct reports at BSc level. You will do hands-on work in the lab with purification activities, but will also set up study plans, write reports and work on data analysis.

Requirements

- MSc/PhD in boitech, biochemistry
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Direct people management experience
- Ideally with GMP experience
