On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC company in Tricity, we are currently seeking candidates for the role of Documentation Specialist with Spanish.
Your new role
The successful Candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and summarizing clauses from a variety of financial documents (e.g. ISDA Master Agreement and CSA, CMOF, GMRA, GMSLA, IMA, bilateral amendments) in Spanish and in English language. You will be acting as a team player while working with a team of lawyers on several financial abstraction or documentation projects. What is more, on this position you will be managing deadlines and escalating client issues promptly and appropriately; attending and actively participating in mandatory and non-mandatory training and certification courses.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role will need previous experience in working with financial documentation, document administration, or case management. Experience working in Spanish and English language in a global financial organization would be an advantage. To be successful on this position the Candidate should be process and detail oriented and be able to effectively communicate in business English and Spanish. Good legal knowledge will be an asset.
