ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als Director Packaging Engineering vervul je een internationale positie. Reizen is een groot onderdeel van je tijd. Je stuurt packaging engineering en New Product Introduction aan en managet het verpakkingslab.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor alle fases binnen New Product Introduction projecten en zorgt dat ontwerp, ontwikkeling, kwalificatie en de opstartfase binnen het budget en de tijd blijven
- Verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten van het verpakkingslab
- Aansturen van de packaging engineering teams, innovatie en lab teamleden
- People management
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Engineering
- 10 jaar ervaring in een engineering positie of managementrol
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving
- Ervaren in het motiveren van mensen
- Bewezen people management skills
- Sterk in communiceren, zowel top down als bottom up
