- Design and data analysis of epitope mapping experiments
- Design and data large complex structured peptide libraries
- Analyze binding activity of peptides to a given antibody and translate that into the location of the complex epitope on the native protein structure
- 2-4 years of post-doc experience
- Basic knowledge in the field of immunology and vaccinology
- Strong publication record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage and run research projects independantly

Our client is looking for a senior scientist to lead a team that runs their commercial epitope mapping platform service they offer to external clients. You will initiate, manage and supervise projects with external clients on epitope mapping in general and will supervise a small team of technicians and research scientists that are running our projects on a daily basis.Responsibilities
Important part of the job is antibody - antigen binding studies as well as epitope mapping experiments Furthermore:- Design and data analysis of epitope mapping experiments
- Design and data large complex structured peptide libraries
- Analyze binding activity of peptides to a given antibody and translate that into the location of the complex epitope on the native protein structure
Requirements
- PhD in (bio)chemistry, structural biology, bioinformatics- 2-4 years of post-doc experience
- Basic knowledge in the field of immunology and vaccinology
- Strong publication record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage and run research projects independantly
