Director Customer Experience (SSC/BPO)
Customer Experience Director will direct an organization of customer service representatives to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met, also he or she will provide high level coordination to inbound customer response activities.

Description
- Direct an organization of customer service representatives to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
- Provide high level coordination to internal and external customer response activities.
- Communicate across the business to ensure proper customer care.
- Set the strategy for effective customer order processing.
- Act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.
- Ensure Company is the customer's top choice by directing an efficient and effective Customer Service organization.
- Establish the strategic direction for (Customer Service region/department).
- Learn how to lead a superior organization while working with other top leaders.
Profile
- Master's degree, or equivalent
- Deep experience in complex European marketplace
- Extensive experience in SSC/BPO/ ITO
- Previous team management experience + 130 employees
- Experience driving automation projects
- Experience driving cost reduction programs
- A capacity to make decisions in the face of ambiguity
- An ability to lead diverse groups
- An ability to negotiate with (customers, management, Sr. leaders)
