As our dynamic Company is launching a new VoIP related product,
we are currently looking for:
10 agents - Digital Phone Associate I with French skills (ref.DPAFR/10/08)
3 agents - Digital Phone Associate I with English skills (ref.DPAEN/10/08)
Work Place: Wrocław
Region Name: dolnośląskie
The purpose of this position is to provide the frontline customer support for the Digital Phone Services residential service product line. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding Digital Phone Services products based on ACN's policies and procedures while exhibiting excellent customer service.
Wymagania
- Language skills:
- Good understanding of written and spoken English and fluent French for ref. DPAFR/10/08
- Good understanding of written and spoken English for ref. DPAEN/10/08
- Effective and efficient communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Highly developed computer literacy skills
- Excellent team working skills.
- High level of self-motivation to constantly improve personal performance.
- Specific knowledge of VoIP is advantageous.
- Some technical background in networking products & technologies (Ethernet, wireless, IP, routing, switching, VPN, security) is advantageous as well.
- Formal education in telephony, telecommunications, or networking; or 1+ years work experience in a customer services environment
