Your new role:
To maintain and update the European web sites under the supervision of the European online team, assume responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of website content management (uploading and publishing) on all supported websites.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Build and lead the team as well as manage projects
- Monitor and manage the performance and development of staff within the area - this includes regular one-on-one feedback sessions, conducting mid-year and final performance reviews
- Coordinate web content management projects across departments and external service providers
- Maintain online standards and ensure content adheres to existing website standards
- Support the European Online Communication Manager with all web content and projects related to the supported websites
- Facilitate the publishing of content and work with support teams to assess and resolve any technical challenges in displaying the content
- Maintain the design, structure and interface of the online environment as represented by the group and associated sites
- Collaborate with business and IT resources to ensure successful operation of The company SDL Tridion Web Content Management environment
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties and provide on-going webmaster support
- Manage webmaster incident management inbox (non-technical)
- Ensure all sites meet internal and external performance targets
