Digital Marketing Coordinator

Due to permanent development we are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a company on a newly created position. The aim of the position is to support all local and regional activities in relation to marketing (mainly digital + offline (events, press etc.) The position will be reporting directly to a Managing Director.

Opis stanowiska

Creation of Marketing Campaigns

  • Work closely with the company's Marketing Structure (Regional Marketing Manager, Global Business Units), local Product & Application Marketing and local Sales Team to develop marketing campaigns and promote new and existing products and solutions to selected target markets
  • Use a wide range of techniques such as email marketing, copywriting, landing page creation, AdWords, SEO, social media and offline trade press and print, to deliver the campaign plans
  • Use a data driven/analytical approach to marketing activities to measure marketing return on investment (MROI) and activity.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar (coordination of translation into local language if applicable)
  • Ensure online and printed activities are coordinated

Social Media and Website Activity

  • Responsible for development of the local website including page updates, creating new landing pages/design elements and on page SEO in cooperation with company's Marketing Structure and Company's Digital Business Platform eco system
  • Monitoring and reporting on website performance using Google Analytics
  • Identify lead generating opportunities from website information
  • Actively promoting eCatalogue and eBusiness opportunities, digital sales tools and processes internally and externally, ie. for customers and potential customers
  • Manage and evaluate social media activity and continually looking for ways to improve performance and generate sales leads.
  • Creates effective social media advertising campaigns to generate website traffic and sales leads.

Lead Capture, Data Analytics, Competitor Analysis

  • Ensuring all lead data is adequately captured and updated using the relevant systems and CRM
  • Monitoring the progress of resulting sales leads through the sales lead development milestone within the CRM and report back on progress
  • Reporting on marketing activities progress and results regularly with the aim to demonstrate a MROI figure
  • Identifying competitor stand presence and their main promotional activities (products, solutions and markets)
  • Participation in joint customer visits where appropriate to further develop internal understanding of the market and to offer market specific information

Trade Press and Printed Advertising

  • Coordinate press releases and technical articles to relevant trade publications
  • Proofreading and regionalising press releases from head office with the help from product managers
  • Writing press copy for new and existing product releases, industry trends and topics
  • Creating advert copy for print and digital formats such as web banners etc

Planning and Execution of the local Events Calendar

  • Identifying, booking and managing suitable exhibitions and events for the company to attend.
  • Managing local Exhibition & event budget
  • Organizing all exhibition requirements including stand, marketing materials, press activities, product samples
  • Providing post event reports to measure MROI Liaising with Customer Service on order related enquiries

Profil kandydata

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or relevant PR role, preferably gained in a technical/manufacturing environment
  • Degree-level qualified in Marketing/PR or related subject, and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing (e-mail marketing, PPC & SEO, content marketing)
  • Excellent communication and social skills written and verbal
  • Good English knowledge (at least B2 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Knowledge of tools like: MS Dynamics 360, Click Dimensions, Drupal CMS, Acquia Lift, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop would be an asset
