Project scope:
The person in this role will responsible for taking care of the Project DevOps team by acting as a partner and mentor for the team members, through one-on-one meetings, numerous feedbacks and coaching, to ensure continuous professional work and wellbeing of the team. In the meantime, this person participates as an active member of the team in all the technical matters.
Being a part of the team means:
- Using Agile methodology
- Backup and Disaster recovery procedures
- Helping the team with career development
- Having a clear vision/strategy for the team
- Having important technical skills that help advise the team
- Listening and sharing information with the team
- Empowering the team members, coaching and advising
- Setup Development, Staging, and Production environments using best practices, including virtualization, OS, management scripts, monitoring agents, etc.
- Implement security and intrusion prevention strategy
- Manage cloud environments (AWS)
Demands:
- Can-do and proactive attitude

- Very productive/results-orientated attitude
