client, EMEA Shared Service Centerin Poznańremotely supports colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services. We are looking for German speaker to join the new team.

Profile:
    • Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
    • Preferably 1-2 years administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
    • Very good verbal and written language skills in German
    • Good English language skills
    • Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications

Tasks:
    • Use German and English every day and remotely support
    • Professional Development processes
    • Assist with Professional Development/HR team’s data analysis and reporting needs
    • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, clerical support and database management
    • Help plan, organize and execute office-based training programs
