On behalf of Our Client, an international company located in Tricity we are currently seeking candidates for the position of Derivatives Attorney Manager.
Your new role
The role purpose of this position is to manage global team tasked with negotiating and renegotiating different agreements. The candidate will be also responsible for supervising, reviewing, approving and finalizing derivative and other related master agreements. Moreover the person on this position will need to ensure that work product of negotiation is held to high standards of Company’s Client. Experience in different types of agreements and opinions (E.g. ISDA, GMRa, MRa, MSFTAs) is also a must.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role You have need to have Law Degree with good standing in the U.S or U.K, or Polish with experience in English or New York law. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to manage a global team, has strong analytical, drafting and communications skills. Focus on client deliverables is also a huge asset.
