Our client is a professional FMCG organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
They are a young and dynamic company who values innovation. They are one of the leading companies in the cosmetic industry.
The location in Belgium is working very closely with the location in Brussels.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for Demand and Supply Chain Planning. You will take care of the development and growth in the team by giving workshops and training's. The communication with other planning teams all over Europe is very important so an international attitude is required in this job. You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and manage external suppliers. Next to this tasks you also have an important part in analyzing data to improve the planning and buying process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory management; check the quantity, forecast what the inventory need to be in the coming period, check transportation of the inventory
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders such as managers within the company, managers from external locations of the company, clients and customers
- Managing KPI's to make sure the results are guaranteed
- Demand Planning for your own portfolio of products
- Supply Chain Planning for your own portfolio of products
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 2 - 5 years of previous experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Experience in several aspects of planning
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably with SAP APO
- Ability to work together in several project groups
