Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will be part of an international and entrepreneurial business unit within this global organisation.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Demand Planner you will play a key role for the planning of the efficient stream of goods on international level. You will focus on 3 main product groups and support to improve planning processes, as well as minimize write-offs. Furthermore, you will collaborate in order to help the business unit develop further. As a member of the planning team you will manage a wide portfolio of innovation products and work closely with the commercial team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of stable and accurate sales and shipment forecasts
- Act as the liaison between the e-commerce business unit
- Improve forecast accuracy and develop a strong understanding of market trends
- Support in continuous improvement projects
- Optimization of stock and minimization of write-offs
- Connect the processes between supply and demand
- Support to develop a class A S&OP roadmap
- Develop dashboards to provide all stakeholders with useful information
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
- Around 3 years of experience in demand planning
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes is a strong plus
- Previous experience in the food / FMCG industry is a strong plus
- Specialist in MS Excel
- Strong analytical mind and be able to turn data into useful information
- APICS or similar qualification is a strong plus
- Fluency in English
