Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Demand Planner you will be responsible for creating sales forecast for all of the client’s products for the Retail channels, Food service and leading the Demand process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Demand Planner you will play a key role in creating and management of all the sales forecast and cooperation with other departments such sales and marketing, manufacturing and warehouse and stakeholders to ensure that the market demands will be met and follow up on business trends. Next to that you will also be responsible for:
-Planning and initiating of promotions and product introductions with a horizon of 24 months
-Making an in-depth analysis of sales, promotional activities and trend developments in cooperation with the other departments
-First point of contact and responsible for communicating all information regarding supply chain so that they are capable product launch that results in optimal customer service
-Participate and lead in S&OP meetings and represent the Customer Service team
REQUIREMENTS
-Msc degree in logistics or other relevant area.
-Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
-Problem solving skills with a drive for customer excellence and satisfaction.
-Ability to engage and motivate with customers, colleagues and management.
-Ability to drive improvements through process and systems.
