Responsibilities:
- Preparing the proposal, planning, organizing, reporting and following up the request in accordance with the agreed expectations
- Coordinating the technical teams
- Reporting the plans and deviations and results during the life-cycle of the request
Requirements
To be successful candidate on this position you need have:
- IT knowledge and in particular knowledge about infrastructure
- Basic IT architectural understanding
- Quick learning of Customer business requirements
- ITIL knowledge
- Good written and oral English communication
- Customer focus achievement oriented
