THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The Client is focusing on the development of vaccines.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Data Manager you will be part of the Data Management department. You will provide strategic directions for the implementation and development of clinical standards. This will be for short term and long term strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g. CDISC). You keep ahead of new developments within Clinical Data Management and help the company to optimize their incoming data streams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the implementation and development of clinical standards
- Responsible for writing and reviewing data validation and management plans
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, knowledge of CDISC is required
- Improve the Data Management to give better support for the key R&D programs
- Understanding of SAS programming to provide support for the Biostatisticians and Clinical Data Programmers
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Statistics or comparable
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch would be a plus
- 10+ years' of experience in Clinical Data Management
- Previous work experience within a Clinical, Pharma or Biotech environment
- Work knowledge of a widely used CDMS and preferably with an EDC platform
