Data Governance Specialist will be responsible for executing Data Governance and Meter Readings processes enabling the smooth execution of all processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.

In order to be successful in this position you need to be focused on result and solution oriented and have good communication skills. Moreover attention to detail is highly required. Good knowledge of English and Excel is a must as well as ability to work independently and self-motivation.

Your new role
Data Governance Specialist will be responsible for executing Data Governance and Meter Readings processes enabling the smooth execution of all processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the performance of the Data Governance and Meter Reading processes, ensuring that KPIs are met and exceeded
- Ensure all processes and actions are carried out within all legal parameters and agreed requirements, policies and OpCo specifics
- Ensure all allocated queries & tickets are managed and resolved, guarantying high quality and quick response to customers and department members
- Ensure good and explicit communication with customers and stakeholders in case of issues and queries in a timely basis
- Identify process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy & timeliness of transactional processing
