The services of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Division are fundamental in providing & controlling secure access to tools, while protecting information, needed by a wide variety of users across 70+

markets and territories, in which bank operates.

The Security Transformation initiative in IAM within the Bank will design, develop, deploy innovative tools and processes ensuring the compliance of the Bank with internal and external demands with regards to Identity (Password & session management, authentication services) and Access Managing (workforce and external users access grating, access identification, access controls and reporting) staying ahead of the curve in an ever changing security landscape.

The Data engineer will work collaboratively with various technology and business teams at group and regional levels to deliver changes optimizing the IAM risk posture with regards to Privileged Access Management, Authentication services, Access Management in a complex set of regional and group systems.

This role requires strong business and data analysis skills, sound understanding of Agile deliveries.

Being Client Focus: Ensuring the user stories are written with minimal ambiguity, and

proposed solutions, achieve the customers’ goals

• Gathering, analysing, documenting requirements and user stories; questioning, challenging

and proposing innovative, automated solutions where necessary.

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and socialise data lineage
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing dataset, reports, and data performance indicators to locate

challenges and propose options for their remediation

• Locate and define new data process improvement opportunities
• Document design for data visualisation and filtering capabilities
• Keeping project team well informed of the design and execution dependencies within the

programme and outside the programme.

• Acting as point of contact for IAM related queries
• Active member of the Agile Scrum teams

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Hands on experience with data preparation tools, query acceleration tools and data visualisation tools such as DataIku, Dremio, Apache Arrow, Paxata, SAP, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI
• Good query knowledge: SQL/PLSQL/Hibernate SQL
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant

amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience in working in multicultural teams
• Ability to work proactively, independently when necessary and displays strong initiative

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a good standard of English (written and spoken) producing timely & accurate documents using the relevant business and industry specific technical language
• Good knowledge of Python scripting and data wrangling development skills
• Experience in end to end delivery of IAM systems from vendors such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, Microsoft Active Directory, ForgeRock, Okta, AD etc
