Your new role
As a Data Analyst you are a part of a technical implementation team that focuses on customizing, developing and creating BI dashboards. The primary focus is on meeting our customer’s needs for reliable information through data analysis to provide valuable and actionable insights. Data Analysts work closely with the Customer Management Teams and directly with customers when applicable to identify needs for data and information to provide reliable key information.

Your new role
As a Data Analyst you are a part of a technical implementation team that focuses on customizing, developing and creating BI dashboards. The primary focus is on meeting our customer’s needs for reliable information through data analysis to provide valuable and actionable insights. Data Analysts work closely with the Customer Management Teams and directly with customers when applicable to identify needs for data and information to provide reliable key information.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide Stakeholders with valuable and reliable data
- Analyzing data through descriptive statistics
- Identify needs for information through teams and customer's feedback
- Using database query languages to retrieve and manipulate data
- Perform data filtering, cleaning, and early-stage transformation
- Analyzing and communicating results with the team and other stakeholders
- Work with the management team to understand business requirements
- Advise on dashboards usage and design within the company
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or another related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industry-related field
- Practical knowledge of database systems and data architectures
- Experience with Power BI or other similar BI tools
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as pharma is a plus
- Should possess a strong mathematical aptitude
- Problem-solving attitude
- Proficient in the communication of results
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Should have a strong suite of analytical skills
