For our client, an international company based in Łódź, we are currently looking for Customer Service Agent with English and other European Language.
At this role, you will responsible for managing contact with international clients. You will work on the company’s ERP system and have a daily phone and email contact with people from the whole world. You will attend series of trainings, meetings and workshops.
In order to succeed on this role, you will need to speak Czech/ Slovakian/ Spanish/ German or Dutch on an advanced level (B2/C1 at least). Moreover, good command of English is required (B2 at leats). Having good communication skills and being a team player is a plus.
