The Company

Within Europe our client belongs to the pinnacle of environment analysis and due to the growth of their business they are expanding their analytical group.

Role Description

The project coordinator is the connection between national and international (predominantly British) clients and the analytical labs. You will provide oversight to existing and potential clients on the services that the client is able to carry out. With your team you guide the intake of a client and take care of the order process, project progress and analytical reports within set timelines.

You advise the client on the services the client can deliver from the digital portal, to different analytical packages en you advise the client on what would be needed and the timeline indications that derive from that. You will also take care of any trouble shooting during the process while keeping customer relations in check.

In short: you are the ring leader in the various processes you bring in.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree and work experience
- Experience in and knowledge of analytical chemistry
- Strong communicator;
- Spotless command of English is a must
- Knowledge of and experience in LIMS and CRM systems a big plus
