For our Client, a global biopharma company located in Poznań, we are currently searching for an experienced Candidate, who will join its structure at the position of Customer Services Process Manager.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the business with specialist expertise and knowledge of the process and systems
  • Take care of Global ERP (SAP) template from Customer Services process perspective
  • Support user-training, capability-build and process-adoption gaps
  • Prepare business cases for planned or proposed changes
  • Conduct routine assessment of business process performance, to optimise or re-engineer processes as needed
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or with significant relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of SAP system
  • Expertise in Customer Services process within Supply Chain organisation
  • Experience in working cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
