Responsibilities

• General Office Admin - Including posting payments, invoicing and credit notes
• Customer Service - Including answering the phones, live chat and dealing with emails
• Order Processing - Payment and refund processing, credit notes, invoicing and general account admin
• Monitoring deliveries via couriers – Daily monitoring, chasing any issues and liaising with the customers
• Website Admin - Keeping the website up to date with products, (translating from English) prices and updates
• Marketing - Sending and translating (from English) newsletters and SEO as directed.
• Credit control - as and when required
• Administration for EDC - including checking, scanning and filing of invoices/documents
• Office based business development - proactively helping to grow the business



Candidate Background

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent organization and team working skills.
•Full proficiency in English
•Ability to work on own initiative and multitask
