As a Customer Service Representative you will be answering Clients' queries, policies and procedures through a variety of channels (for example telephone, email, e-service or web chat), delivering high standards of customer service while providing an outstanding customer experience in every interaction and cooperation with different departments.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess higher education degree and be fluent in Swedish (Minimum B2) and English (B1), should have a knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience on customer-oriented position will be an advantage.
