You’ll be responsible for:

  • Helping in achieving optimum individual and team performance through effective and consistent application of approved processes, methods, and practices 
  • Using established methods to audit and document results for defined areas
  • Providing employee feedback and coaching as needed to achieve required standards
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert, helping other team members deal with emergencies
  • Identifying training needs for the individual/team/ department by analyzing operational performance results and by reviewing employee and team performance against key service indicators
  • Reviewing and planning defined elements of the operation (shift patterns, overtime, equipment renewal/repair, allocation of duties, etc) 
  • Monitoring and controlling the flow of work to ensure departmental targets and standards are met


What you39ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in Team Leader/Supervisor position
  • Fluent English language (min. B2)
  • Strong aptitude for managing team performance
  • Great Excel skills
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
