THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

This company is very internationally orientated and values development. They are originally from France and have a big circle of customers in the french part of Belgium and in France. They are still growing and want to improve all of their processes to stay a big player in the beverages industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be part of the Customer Service team together with 6 other Customer Operation Specialists. The team is a very international team and the main language is English or French. You will be busy with order management which includes: making sure all the orders are processed, the orders are delivered on time and make sure the orders are documented clearly. The company values development of their employees and the teams so there is a lot of space to grow and get to know your strong and weak points. You will have the opportunity to work on this and become better in your work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Order management which includes a broad range of tasks
- Stakeholder contact with clients and customers in France, Spain, UK etc.
- Internal contact with several departments, especially planning
- Make sure you manage to be on track with your KPI's
- Be a part of several projects
- Improvement of the whole Customer Operation process

REQUIREMENTS

- Master or Bachelor Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Experience with SAP or another complex erp/ it system
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, preferably Spanish
- + 2 years of experience with Customer Service, Logistics or Order to Cash
- Internationally orientated
- Proactive mindset
