The purpose of the position is to manage and optimize the relationships with customers inside and outside the company. You communicate with a sense of commerce about delivery schedules and deliveries. You are responsible for making- and following up on- quotations, leads and the administrative tasks.

Our client is a worldwide innovative manufacturing company delivering components for various industries globally. Due to dynamic growth across all markets worldwide, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist to strengthen the relationships with the Clients and maintain operational communication.


* maintaining telephone, e-mail and direct contacts with customers (worldwide);

* confirm, monitor and communicate about deliveries, complaints and all other issues that arise;

* make sure you always know if the customers are satisfied and if there are issues or opportunities by frequent contact;

* coordinate/secure that all actions necessary for customer satisfaction are planned and performed;

* provide support to the account managers;

* monitoring agreements internally and with the customer;

* examination of customer needs and transfer to relevant departments;

* take care of the general administration connected to your tasks (for instance prices and paperwork for shipments);


* high level work and thinking level obtained through education or experience;

* commercial attitude and at least a few years of experience in a sales support function;

* service-oriented, able to sense what the customer needs;

* Native Polish and advanced English language, spoken and written;

* independent, strong in communication, person who gets things done;

* drive to work on an ever better and more efficient organization of the activities for the own organization and the customer;

* good knowledge of MS office and ERP systems;

* resistance to stress;
