For our client, an international company from the pharmacy sector, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with Italian, French or German located in Łódź.
On this position you will support users with Service Now system and processes, working closely with second line support ( IT, Master Data, Contract team, Accounts Payable, Accounting and Reporting ) to provide stakeholders with end-to-end solution. Daily duties will include: building relationships with the clients and providing pro-active feedback on how to improve the process and drive continues improvement projects.
We are looking for candidates with an experience in the customer service sector. Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) is an asset. In addition, we are looking for person with fluent English and with the other European language ( Italian, French, German). Moreover, the perfect candidate should has abilities to work in an international team. We are seeking self-motivated candidates with discipline, good communication and interpersonal skills.
