For our Client, one of the SSC located in Katowice city centerwe are currently looking for Candidates with fluency in English and Hungarian (min. B2) who would like to expand or gain their first experience in an international environment.

Your responsibilities
As Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian you will be responsible for the operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target, delivering different order to cash processes KPI’s, being in touch with local Customer Service organisations, warehousing, distribution and transportation, reviewing and solving claims tickets and ensuring efficient customer service processes
