Our client is an international company that is offering premium products for customers around the world. They are definitely a leader in their sector and currently they are opening their new office in Toruń Old Town.

Client Details

A new team will support foreign countries in post sales activities. A person in the position of Customer Service Specialist will firstly participate in a short training abroad.

Description

• Providing email and phone support for customers (both B2B and B2C) from German speaking countries
• Registering service inquiries and maintaining an internal database
• Processing claims and orders for accessories and spare parts
• Providing technical support for customers

Profile

• Fluent English and German (C1)
• Knowledge of CRM would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details
