Your tasks:
- daily contact with clients via phone and e-mail in German
- being the first line off support and solving technical related issues
- cooperation with other departments
- providing professional contact for clients in line with the company's standards
Your profile:
- German language (B2+)
- experience in customer service will be an asset
- willingness to develop as customer service specialist
