Customer service specialist with German

Your tasks:

• daily contact with clients via phone and e-mail in German
• being the first line off support and solving technical related issues
• cooperation with other departments
• providing professional contact for clients in line with the company's standards

Your profile:

• German language (B2+)
• experience in customer service will be an asset
• willingness to develop as customer service specialist
