Customer Service Specialist with French

For our Client we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist.

On this position you will be mainly responsible for delivering first-class customer experience and being the contact person between the client and the company to guarantee an optimal customer service from order till delivery.You will also provide and follow-up all the administration of the orders (f.e. price lists, shipment documents, discount systems, prepayments, invoices etc.). Besides, you will analyse and place orders received from customers in ERP system and check inventory to make sure requested product is available.

A perfect candidate for this position should have experience in customer service and have a good knowledge of English and French. Practical knowledge of ERP systems (IFS or SAP knowledge is highly desirable) will be also appreciated.
