For our client, international production company, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with French and English. Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Contacting customers. Your tasks will be to care about high level of customer service, according to business needs, providing support to the company's clients. You will be responsible for taking care of clients on every step of the process: from order to delivery.
- Being in contact with clients and with internal departments; sales, logistics, technical department.
- Taking care of administration tasks and documents flow, by working on ERP system.
We are looking for candidates with very good French and English language skills, perfect communication skills with hands-on attitude. Previous experience in Customer Service position is a plus. What you'll get in return
