Currrently for our Client- multinational manufacturing company located near Wroclaw (South- East part) we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with English and German.
Working on this position you will be responsible for providing high- quality service and building excellent relationships with customer cooperating closely with the Central Customer Service Team and other Group’s plants as well as other departments. The duties will include order management tasks like: order reception and registration, order confirmation after acceptance by Planning Department, follow up of production and management of final delivery to the client with the support of the Logistics Team. Customer Service Specialist will be the part of the team and will be responsible also for development and management of customer service KPI, process improvement handling and resolving customer complaints as well as optimizing planned shipments and providing pricing and delivery information.
We are looking for Candidates with experience in sales and/ or customer service, required especially on German market with at least a Bachelor degree or during study, with fluent English and German. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is a must. The ideal Candidate should be detail- oriented, well- organized person with “can do” attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and working within dynamic environment. To be effective within this role you need to have high- developed IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, general IT understanding) as well as soft skills: diligent, reliable, with willingness to learn, client & goal oriented.
