Currently for our client we are looking for:
Customer Service Specialist with English and German
The ideal candidate will have following skills and attributes:
The daily execution of customer orders in SAP & e-commerce portal
Coordination of the entire order delivery process in SAP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents
Delivery management and daily contact with mother plants located in Europe
Export knowledge and sea container process would be an advantage
Claim management including returns from EMEA locations
Management of invoices and credit/debit notes;
Price maintenance
Bonus & commission calculations
Timely responding to various queries and ad-hoc requests affiliated with order management, Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
Building long-term relations with customers and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Very good knowledge of English, German and Polish
Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning / stock replenishment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Team work and problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
Very strong communication skills and pro-client attitude
