Customer Service Specialist with Czech or Slovak
Miejsce pracy: PoznańKey responsibilities:
- Communication with customers regarding enquiries, decoration possibilities and processed orders
- Supporting customers in every area of cooperation
- Entering to database and verifying information about clients’ orders
- Coordination of order flow in the system
- Cooperation with other departments in order to ensure realization of orders in accordance with our standards
Knowledge and experience:
- Very good knowledge of Czech or Slovak (C1 level)
- Very good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
- Previous experience in customer service is a nice to have
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of SAP system or other ERP system would be an asset
