Customer Service Specialist - Turkish

For newly open Shared Service Center in Krakow we are looking for talented Customer Service Specialist with Turkish knowledge

 Your role:

  • Prepare and create offers
  • Be responsible from order processing to issuing invoices resp. credit notes, administrate consignment stocks
  • Support customers and maintain contact
  • Maintain contact with Sales Engineers, agents and forwarders
  • Maintain contact with production planner, shipping department, quality department, finance department and other sister companies
  • Coordination and booking of transportation to ship the orders to customers
  • Prepare shipping documents including bank documents for L/C business and debt collection
  • Deal with customer complaints and returns
  • Control of accounts receivable
  • Participation at trade fairs
  • Constantly support improvement of processes
  • Reporting on key performance indicators

If you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • English and Turkish language on advanced level
  • 2-3 years of experience in the similar position
  • Problem solving skills, attention to details
  • Computer skills Windows based (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills
  • Well-organized, self- motivated, customer-oriented, team-player
  • Permanent work permit
