LOGSTOR is a leading supplier of pre‐insulated pipe systems for energy‐efficient transportation of liquids and gases for district heating and cooling, marine and industrial purposes as well as oil and gas pipelines. Our systems consist of flexible and rigid pipes, joints, fittings and surveillance. Inventing the pre-insulated pipe technology more than 50 years ago, we have delivered more than 185,000 km of pre‐insulated pipes.
We are headquartered in Løgstør, Denmark with subsidiaries in Austria, China, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland as well as a network of agents and sales offices. Our nine production facilities are situated in Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Finland and China, with supplementary mobile production units currently set up in Canada and Indonesia. LOGSTOR employs approximately 1,500 people.

Main tasks:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face,
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries,
- Assist with placement of orders in SAP R3 system,
- Organize workflow to meet customer requirements,
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments,
- Optimize planned shipments,
- Handle and resolve customer complaints,
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries,
- Provide pricing and delivery information,
- Set up new customer accounts,
- Follow up on customer interactions.
Your qualifications:
- Education: at least a Bachelor degree or during study,
- Experience: customer service, order handling, office-based clerical or commercial one,
- Knowledge: customer service principles and practices,
- Foreign languages: good knowledge of English,
- IT: SAP (would be an advantage), MS Office (including MS Excel, Word, Power Point),
- Soft skills: diligent, reliable, with willingness to learn, client & goal oriented.
