Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Netherlands.
They are an international company with locations all over the world. This job position is located in Breda.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Temporary job as a Customer Service Representative at the Supply Chain department. You will work with other Customer Service sub teams to ensure the set up of pre-order entry tasks is done. You are responsible for optimal internal and external customer satisfaction in line with the company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with other CS sub teams to ensure set up of pre-order entry
tasks is done.
- Screens and acts on incoming orders by determining the correct order
process, i.e.: standard, specialized, sample, make to order, imlygic
- Provides services, monitoring shipments and pro-actively handles
billing and shipping blocks issues. •
- Provides departmental support upon request
- identifies & initiates process improvements
- Timely resolution of drug product issues or transport issues affecting
timely and in full shipping to customers
- Takes a proactive approach to identifying breakdowns in service or
systems, information flows and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor
- Established knowledge and experience of a range of administrative tasks
- Ability to shift between tasks in a dynamic environment and work within diverse,
international group of people
- Experience in working with automated systems (computer based business systems) like MS-Office tools
- Basic communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Task focused, strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- High quality standards with regards to work
