Customer Service Representative with German Poznan NR REF.: 1174043
For our Client, international manufacturing company located in Poznan, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative with German and English.
Key responsibilities:
To bring value to our Customers and to Company by supplying a quality product and service in a timely and cost-effective manner safely,
Manage existing accounts and establish the relationship,
Develop and strengthen contact with new customers,
Accept customer orders and perform timely and accurate order entry into SAP system following the actual processes, also to check if all conditions are in line with sales agreement
Respond to customers inquiries within agreed timescales,
Responsible for the Customer Data in SAP,
Act as liaison between Customer, Sales, Order Fulfillment and Production,
Receiving and logging customer complaints,
Process credit/debit notes
Coordinate return of goods from customers or local warehouses
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of English and German at an advanced level (min. B2)
Experience in Customer Service, preferably in Manufacturing
Experience with export specifics (intercompany) would be an additional advantage
Experience in using SAP would be an asset
