For our Client, international manufacturing company located in Poznan, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative with German and English.

Key responsibilities:

• To bring value to our Customers and to Company by supplying a quality product and service in a timely and cost-effective manner safely,
• Manage existing accounts and establish the relationship,
• Develop and strengthen contact with new customers,
• Accept customer orders and perform timely and accurate order entry into SAP system following the actual processes, also to check if all conditions are in line with sales agreement
• Respond to customers inquiries within agreed timescales,
• Responsible for the Customer Data in SAP,
• Act as liaison between Customer, Sales, Order Fulfillment and Production,
• Receiving and logging customer complaints,
• Process credit/debit notes
• Coordinate return of goods from customers or local warehouses

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of English and German at an advanced level (min. B2)

• Experience in Customer Service, preferably in Manufacturing

• Experience with export specifics (intercompany) would be an additional advantage
• Experience in using SAP would be an asset
