For our client from logistic field we are looking for candidates to join a new team in their office in Katowice. Our client offers a work in a well-established and globally well-known company.

Your new role:
  • Supporting clients and providing needed information
  • Answering phone calls and emails from clients (mostly German speakers)
  • Preparing documentation

What you will need to succeed:
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
  • Experience in customer service (nice-to-have)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Computer skills
