

Customer Service Representative with German
- Internal and external customer service in the field of orders, purchase and finance inquiries.

Description
- Ongoing customer service regarding all inquiries regarding the status of order fulfillment, payments and credit notes via e-mail and telephone
- Updating data in the system.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Solving current operational issues.
- Close cooperation with other departments of the company.
- Reporting according to the superior's needs.
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field (purchasing, accounting, IT helpdesk) preferably in SSC or BPO,
- Very good German is a must (min. B2).
- Communicative English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP will be an asset.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
