Description
Ongoing customer service regarding all inquiries regarding the status of order fulfillment, payments and credit notes via e-mail and telephone
Updating data in the system.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Solving current operational issues.
Close cooperation with other departments of the company.
Reporting according to the superior's needs.
Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field (purchasing, accounting, IT helpdesk) preferably in SSC or BPO,
Very good German is a must (min. B2).
Communicative English.
Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP will be an asset.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
