For our Client, international and globally recognized company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Customer Service Representative with German (e-shop).
Your new role
Holding the position of CS Representative you will be responsible for providing an outstanding online customer experience for all e-shop customers. You will act as an advisor on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products, product applications, novelties etc. and you will support the users in case of problems with the usage of their accounts, order handling or issues with payments. Moreover, your scope of responsibilities will include active participation in the ongoing optimization of service processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 2 year experience on customer service role. You should be a team player with highly-developed interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation. Fluency in English and German is a must.
