Customer Service Representative with French and English

Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English - min. C1
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Living/working in Poland
- Computer literacy (including MS Office)

Duties:
- Being the first point of contact for French and English speaking customers
- Answering inquiries by phone, email and chat
- Assisting customers with problems with payment terminals and payments
- Building positive relationships with customers
