On behalf of our Client, an international company with office in Gdańsk, we are currently recruiting for the position of english Speaking Customer Service Specialist.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent service to the company’s customers via different means of communication: phone, email, chat. The person in this position will also be expected to maintain relationships with the company’s Key Clients and will cooperate closely with other departments to solve the customer’s queries and problems.
To be successful in this role, the Candidate needs to speak fluent English. The person in this position must be customer oriented, have creative attitude to problem-solving and work efficiently under time pressure. Experience as customer service specialist would be an advantage.
