On behalf of our client, an international IT company we are looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives(Dutch speakers) to be located in the company's branch in Wrocław.
Customer Service Representatives receivecustomer calls, respond to emails, make sure that all queries are logged and assigned according to the account's procedures, handle front line technical queries and fix or log them appropriately, minimize outbound call duration and quantity.
Successful candidatesshould speak Dutch and English, have communication and customer care skills, express can-do attitude, operate well in a multiculturalenvironment, have Bachelor's or Master's degree.
