THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Netherlands.

They are an international company located in Breda.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be working at the supply chain department as an customer service representative. As the customer service representative you are the first contact for customers, affiliates and Local Service Providers (LSPs). You will communicate with your customers in English, Spanish or Czech. You have to insure optimal internal and external customer satisfaction in line with the company policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Unique first point of contact for customers, affiliates and Local Service Providers (LSPs).
- Develops and maintain good relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensures customer satisfaction
- Solves customer complaints
- Identify and initiate process improvements to decrease number of service complaints
- Order management: executes track and trace on daily basis, follows up on delays, and signs off reports, executes returns for all order types, credit and debit notes, follows up timely release.

REQUIREMENTS

- MBO 4 and higher
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or sales
- Advanced communication skills
- Customer and services focused
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication + Spanish or Czech on a native/excellent level language required in the team.
- Experience with issue handling in a Supply Chain environment
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to set priorities and timely escalation
