Role Description

As the Customer service & Logistics contact you take ownership for the best service towards our customers by managing the order to delivery and invoicing process.

Responsibilities

- Deliver perfect execution of the order management process and service performance towards retailers.
- Coordinate and control the overall ordering process to ensure maximum customer service in line with customer and business expectations.
- Front office daily contact with retailers: inform on order status.
- Act as an interface with the 3PL service provider.

Requirements

- HBO, with a supply chain background.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG and/or Logistics.
- Dutch Native (oral & written), English proficient (oral & written)
- Experience with SAP is a pre
