ROLE DESCRIPTION
Very often I am looking for candidates for this position as supply chain coordinator for different European markets. This can be Native English, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish or Hungarian. Which is why i am always looking for candidates!
You will assist the supply chain department by contributing to the completion of milestones associated with commercial ordre management and specific project and activities within the department. You ensure optimal internal and external customer satisfaction in line with the company's policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process commercial orders according to customer instruction and applicable conditions
- Provide excellent customer and product service; ensure customers are satisfied
- Track and Trace shipments: monitor and respond to potential issues
- Call handling: prompt response to customer queries within the agreed service levels and conditions
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in a commercial area
- Fluent in English and at Least one other European language
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in customer service/sales
- Customer Focussed
- Ability to multi task and work within diverse and international group of people
- Experience using ERP systems
- Problem solving skills
